Discovery
The first step for us to work for you is for you to fill out our form so we can better understand your criteria and the type of investment you are looking for.
Finding The Opportunity
As we search for your property, we will talk you through the next steps i.e. viewing/ putting an offer in and will liaise with the vendor to ensure we can agree on mutual terms.
Delivery
Our service is complete once we can get those keys in your hand. We will be there with you all the way until contracts are signed and keys are collected! We will ensure you have been well informed and communicated with throughout the entire process.

What are the steps before and after the viewing?
You must sign an NDA [Non Disclosure Agreement] that sets the expecation of the agreed sourcing fee and that communication MUST be kept with ourselves throughout the process.
Once this is signed, we can confirm your viewing and provide the full address.

Once you have viewed the property, we can then discuss making an offer. An offer template will be sent over for you to fill in and complete and then we can proceed to next steps should an offer be accepted.

If the offer is accepted, we shall proceed to referencing. Here, we will normally require 3-6 months of personal / business statements, ID & possibly a guarantor. Referencing can take from 1-3 working days [on average]

Once referencing has passed and property has been formally secured, we would send the invoice for the sourcing fee and contracts will be issued. Once contracts have been signed & sourcing fee has been paid, the next step would be to pay agreed rent/deposit before collecting keys to your property!
